Ford has agreed a deal to add a further 1000 Galaxy MPV models to the 600 already run by London's biggest taxi fleet Addison Lee.
The premium mini cab firm will buy the 1000 black Galaxy 2.0 diesel automatics outright and run them for around 100,000 miles over two-and-a-half years.
The Galaxy, BusinessCar's MPV of the Year, has been on the receiving end of positive customer feedback since the first 600 were added from April last year, prompting the second, larger order.
"Customer response to our first Ford Galaxys was overwhelmingly positive - thanks to its stylish looks, spacious interior and excellent ride quality," said Addison Lee managing director Liam Griffin.
