Fleet software leader Epyx has appointed a new managing director following its acquisition by American fuel card giant Fleetcor last November, with Steve Greene taking over from Eypx founder Greg Connell, who will stay with the firm for the next few months to ensure a smooth handover.
Harvard Business School alumni Greene has been with Fleetcor since 2009 and according to the company has been "instrumental in sourcing and closing acquisitions in Brazil, Mexico, Australasia and the UK", and will now have responsibility for strategy, finances and operations at Epyx.
"This is a superb business with an outstanding track record of successful innovation and our aim is to continue that approach," said Greene.
