Vauxhall has added its IntelliLink and OnStar systems to its Corsa supermini.

IntelliLink adds a USB and Bluetooth interface for smartphones to the car's infotainment system, allowing drivers to make hands-free phone calls and use the smartphone's interface on the vehicle's seven-inch screen.

The system is offered as standard on all models excluding the Sting and Sting R trim levels.

OnStar, meanwhile, is standard on SE, Limited, Black Edition, Red Edition and VXR models. The feature turns the car into a wifi hotspot, and also offers extra services including roadside assistance and vehicle diagnostic services.

We are making it available across our entire product portfolio with very attractive offerings," said Simon Oldfield, Vauxhall's sales and marketing director. "The new IntelliLink system with smartphone integration available for the Corsa is the perfect example.
