Fleet management company TCH Leasing has launched a telematics service for its customers.
Known as TCH Clarity, the hardware is being fitted to all vehicles supplied by the company to salary sacrifice customers as well as its daily rental users, in order to deliver efficient vehicle servicing schedules.
The tool is also available to contract hire customers, offering fleet managers a range of information to including mileage capture, fuel usage monitoring, carbon emissions measurement, vehicle movements and fuel economy and risk ranking for drivers.
"TCH Clarity continues to strengthen our customer proposition. In the short-term, our TCH Salsa salary sacrifice customers and daily rental customers will benefit from more efficient service scheduling, as we now have the ability to accurately capture the mileages on their vehicles to ensure that servicing is undertaken at the appropriate time and thereby reduce the risk of faults appearing on the vehicle," said Mark Hammond, managing director of TCH Leasing
"In the longer-term, TCH Clarity offers our customers and our business a number of additional features, such as fuel usage monitoring and identifying poor driver behavior," Hammond added.
