The start point for the best source of fleet information

Allstar servicing tool saves customers £500,000 since launch

Fuel card giant Allstar has claimed its ServicePoint tool, which allows fleet managers to book services directly with local garages, has saved its customers half a million pounds to date.

Launched last April, and accessible to all fuel card customers as standard, the offering promises discounts on parts and labour.

Allstar also claimed the system is easier to use than traditional tools such as whiteboards and calendar reminders to manage bookings.

The company said customers can save 30% on average, while the system allows them to book in appointments in a network of 9,000 garages. Members are also able to manage HMRC invoices for the whole fleet in one place.

"We're delighted to have saved £500,000 for customers through ServicePoint so far. As with our Allstar fuel cards, this service is also about providing convenience and control for busy managers with responsibility for company cars and vans," said Jo Stuart, product and marketing director at Allstar.

Stuart added that customers have saved time thanks to vehicle information being located on a central hub.
