Fleet Assist wins sgfleet contract extension

Fleet Assist has won an extension to its contract with sgfleet, which covers cars and vans supplied to a wide range of UK customers, until 2021.
Following the recent integration of Fleet Hire and Motiva, sgfleet now operates around 13,000 vehicles in the UK, providing vehicle leasing, short-term rental, fleet management and salary packaging solutions.
Fleet Assist manages a network of more than 5,000 franchise, independent and specialist garages undertaking service, maintenance and repair (SMR) on cars and light commercial vehicles. sgfleet will use the Fleet Assist network and vehicle service booking facility to direct its customers' vehicles to the garage network.
The network is supported by Fleet Assist's contact centre and technical authorisation service as well as analytics delivering business intelligence on fleet vehicles.
