TCH Leasing has been appointed to manage the contract hire fleet for Thistle Windows and Conservatories Ltdin the UK.
 
Following a detailed tender process undertaken by Thistle, the firm was selected as they demonstrated the best value-for-money solution that delivered on all of Thistle's fleet management requirements, including minimising vehicle downtime, consolidating costs, and reducing the internal administrative burden of managing the fleet.
