Interactive Fleet Management introduces expert panel

A fleet management firm has appointed a new expert panel to help customers gain direct access to high-quality advice.
Interactive Fleet Management, part of the Grosvenor Group, says it put the panel together having recognised that the level of professional advice required by its clients was growing.
The panel, contactable by phone, email or LinkedIn message, can answer questions on key issues such as compliance, CO2 emissions, taxation, laws, technical matters, and health and safety.
The launch of the panel coincides with the unveiling of Interactive Fleet Management's new website.
The firm's managing director Nicola Johnson said: "We have always had expertise in the business and have also always been here for our customers to give them advice and support.
"However, the complexity of operating a vehicle fleet is growing and we decided that it would be advantageous for customers to have access to a dedicated panel, offering greater clarity of who to speak to regarding each topic.
"Similar to law firms, who have partners and solicitors with particular skill sets, we believed the same was needed in fleet, which is why we based our panel on the law firm model, with pen portraits of each of our experts on our website.
"Our panel of experts is a great new addition to our overall proposition because customers can see who to talk to for the very best advice on a wide range of issues - and we are also very happy to speak to anyone who isn't a client but needs some quick advice."
