Options list shake-up for DS 7 Crossback

Date: 15 August 2018   |   Author: Sean Keywood

DS has made new optional equipment available with its 7 Crossback SUV.

Among the new options is the DS ConnectedCam system, available as part of the Premium Safety pack, or as a standalone option with range-topping Ultra Prestige trim.

The ConnectedCam is a Wi-Fi linked camera system which allows the driver to take a photo of the area outside the car, share photos and videos on social media and via email, and have access to a before and after video recording in the event of an accident.

It is built into the base of the interior rear-view mirror and is independent of the onboard infotainment system.

Other new standalone options for the 7 Crossback include: remote and smartphone controlled heating; extended bi-zone automatic air conditioning; remote tailgate opening and hands free locking with keyless entry and start; and an electric panoramic sunroof including roof bars.

There's also a new interior trim option - Alezan brown Nappa leather with watchstrap design - available for no extra cost with Ultra Prestige trim, and for £2,750 with Prestige trim.
