Fuel management company TMC has appointed Mark Sinclair to the newly created role of chief financial officer.
A chartered accountant with extensive experience within the fleet leasing sector, Sinclair joins TMC from Tusker, where he held the role of Chief Operating Officer.
Sinclair's former positions include director of Alphabet GB, where he worked alongside TMC managing director Paul Hollick.
In addition to leading the firm's finance and data teams, Sinclair will be heavily involved in building its portfolio of services.
Along with product development he is heading up a research project, in conjunction with universities in the North West, into journey patterns, fuel usage and driver behaviour.
Based on TMC's real world data, this research will help steer TMC's product development, building upon and adding to TMC's current services.
Sinclair said: "TMC is a fast growing, agile and adaptive business with fantastic growth potential.
