Venson promotes from within to fill client role

Date: 04 October 2018   |   Author: Sean Keywood

Fleet management company Venson Automotive Solutions has named Emmanuelle Arbouch as its new head of client management.

Arbouch, who has worked for Venson since 2016, has been promoted from her previous role as an account manager, where she focused on commercial vehicles.

She is therefore said to bring a deep understanding of Venson's business ethos to her new role, in which she will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the client account teams and wider department, and covering all vehicle types.

Arbouch previously worked for Leaseplan as fleet services manager.

Venson director of client management Simon Staton said: "This is a key appointment that harnesses the industry knowledge already within the business.

"Emmanuelle's expertise in client relations makes her the ideal person to forge new drive and commitment for the client management team.

"As a company that puts the needs and expectations of our clients at the heart of everything we do, Emmanuelle will be vital in ensuring we continue to deliver a flexible service that adapts to market changes and grows with an organisation.

"This appointment will help us build even stronger relationships with our clients, allowing us to build on our market position."
