Corporate manslaughter law amended

Convictions under corporate manslaughter law can now be publicised by order of the court, after amendments to the law.

The order brings into force section 10 of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 (power to order conviction etc to be publicised).
