The start point for the best source of fleet information

All-new Mercedes C-class unveiled

Date: 20 January 2007

Mercedes has unveiled its first official pictures of the all-new C-class that will take the battle to BMW.

Pinching some of the S-class' design cues, the C-class also borrows some of its technology too. The small Mercedes gains the S-class' adaptive brakes that hold for hill starts and dries the brakes in the rain. Pre-safe will also be available, that prepares the car for an accident. There will be an extensive engine range, all offering more power with less of a thirst than before.

The C-class will be available in three trims, SE, Elegance and Sport, with SE expected to be the most popular fleet spec.
