dear sirs
Having briefly looked at this & noting that the police now fall under this legislation I wonder if someone can exsplain how the police would defend themselves should one of their vehicals be involved in an accident while they are carrying a suspect.. ie police van with people hancuffed & locked in the vehical. surely these suspects are being put at great risk to their safety in the event of an accident as while restrained they would be unable to protect themselves from serious injury.
I would be interested as to who would be held accountable.
