It's two in a row for the AA now, holding onto the vehicle recovery prize it won back in 2006 after a two-year break.
Reasons for BusinessCar readers choosing the AA include the company's claim of more dedicated roadside patrols and a higher fix rate than any UK breakdown service provider, according to Roger Williams, head of major fleets and leasing at AA Business Services, who described the award as "fitting recognition of the continued investment the AA has made in the fleet market, particularly in 2006".
"Over the last year our specialist business team has also developed services specifically to help fleet and HR managers," he said, "from the launch of our new risk management service to the Fleet Advantage card, which cuts the hassle of managing small to medium fleets by providing a single card for fleet drivers to pay for fuel, breakdown assistance, servicing and maintenance."
