BusinessCar Awards 2013 - Accident Management: AA

For the fourth consecutive year, the AA has been selected by BusinessCar readers as the firm offering the best service to the industry in terms of accident management.
As part of a comprehensive suite of tools for business car fleet operators, the AA's accident management offering is set-up to "help reduce the cost of accidents and vehicle incidents, reduce downtime, save management effort and improve administration efficiency", according to the firm.
The AA says its accident management procedures help cut vehicle downtime and therefore inconvenience, disruption and expense, as well as dealing with repairs, personal injury claims, liaison with insurers and uninsured loss recovery.
This category of the awards was a hard-fought contest between the two biggest players, but the AA eventually triumphed over old adversary RAC, which was the last company to take this prize from the AA in 2009.
