While other categories have seen long-standing leaders tumble this year, Autoglass has cemented its gold medal-winning ways with its eighth success in a row.

Autoglass, part of the Belron group which operates in 28 countries, puts its win down to offering what customers want and doing it well.

The online booking facility in particular shone in 2008. A total of 400,000 bookings were made out of a total of 1.5 million appointments, all carried out by Autoglass’s 109 branches and 1200 mobile fitting vans.
