1 What was your first job?

Operating a checkout in B&Q during my student years.

2 What was your first company car?

Peugeot's 307 petrol estate.

4 What one thing do you wish you could do better?

Staying focused on completing one important task at a time.

5 What's your biggest achievement?

Building an impressive customer portfolio from scratch in a fleet BDM [business development manager] role for a prestige car brand.

6 Who are your role models?

My father, uncle, brother and a few close friends.

7 What's the stupidest thing you've done?

Missing a flight while on business in Hong Kong, due to not adjusting for the time difference on my phone.

8 What was the most hotly debated topic at your last meeting?

Prospecting.

9 What's in your garage?

I live in a 100-year old Victorian-style house - there's no garage!

10 What's the worst thing about your job?

Spending time away from the family.

11 What one law would you make or change?

Reduce the voting age in the UK to 16.

12 What keeps you awake at night?

My next door neighbour's BBQs.

Robin Wright (actress who plays Claire Underwood in House of Cards).
