1 What was your first job? 

Saturday morning milk boy, although my first full-time job was as a
van driver.

2 What was your first company car, and what do you drive now?

A Ford Orion and I currently drive a BMW X3.

3 What did you listen to on your last car journey?

Absolute Radio.

4 What do you wish you could do better?

Drive - I seriously want to reduce my golf handicap.

5 What's your biggest achievement?

Getting three kids to university.

6 What are your three favourite films?

The Mouse That Roared, The Lion King and Saving Private Ryan.

7 What's the stupidest thing you've done?

What goes on tour stays on tour!

8 What was the most hotly debated topic at your last meeting?

How to get Rugby World Cup final tickets.

9 What would be your specialist subject on Mastermind?

It would have to be either England (rugby) or Arsenal FC; however, I am not sure many points would be gained.

10 What's the worst thing about your job?

Not being able to get all the new ideas up and running immediately.

11 What one law would you make or change?

Banning mobile phones in cars for drivers.

12 What did you want to be when you grew up?

A marine biologist - sadly, those marking my A-level papers disagreed.

13 Who is your ideal celebrity date? 

Sir David Attenborough.
