A company can say all it likes in an advertising campaign, but it is what its customers think that really counts.

If your customers feel you are doing a good enough job to present you with the most respected award in your industry, then it is something to tell people about.

That would explain a plaque attached to the outside of Kwik-Fit in East Dulwich in south-east London. It reads: "Company car drivers welcome here. Voted Best Fast Fit by BusinessCar Awards 14 years in a row."

This is only a small Kwik-Fit, too, so the pride at winning our award stretches right through the company. And justifiably so.
