BusinessCar Awards 2015 - Accident Management: The AA

It's a double hat-trick of BusinessCar Awards for The AA - not only has the company picked up three 2015 awards in different categories, but this is also the third consecutive time the company has collected the Accident Management prize.
In the world of service supply, accident management is a little out on its own because ideally it's something that won't ever be utilised, but when it is needed it's at the most traumatic moment.
The core aims of The AA's accident management are to reduce vehicle off-road time, minimise business disruption, maximise productivity, reduce hassle and time spent dealing with issues, protect vehicle residual values with quality repairs, and improve the efficiency of admin and accounting.
The company describes its business as "a one-stop, cost-effective outsourcing service for vehicle fleet operators, specifically designed to help reduce the cost of accidents and vehicle incidents, reduce downtime, save management effort and improve administrative efficiency".
The AA uses a dedicated incident coordinator to manage every aspect of a case, including repairs, liaison with insurers, personal injury claims, and uninsured loss recovery.
