BusinessCar Awards 2016: Insurance - Zurich

Zurich may have had a sabbatical from the top spot in the BusinessCar Awards insurance category in 2015, but now it's back.
While the company may be an insurance heavyweight - having been around for more than 140 years and operating across 170 countries - it doesn't just focus on serving the largest fleets; it also has SME channels in addition to large business and corporate.
However, while the company directs SME customers to its local brokers, Zurich takes the reins with fleets of more than 15 vehicles, covering everything from cars to lorries, and offering discounts depending on the scale of the fleet. It also has what it claims is a market-leading limit for third-party property damage of £50m for cars.
Other positives include no minimum premiums and no increased excess for young or inexperienced drivers.
