The start point for the best source of fleet information

Techies 2013: Best Leasing and Contract Hire System - Ogilvie Mi Fleet Showroom 2

Date: 20 August 2013

Not content with the Highly Commended spot in the 2012 Techies, leasing firm Ogilvie Fleet has made a series of tweaks to an already top-notch system, Mi Fleet, and muscled itself into first place with the latest version.

Changes since last year include a grey fleet management feature, which allows users to upload data and documentation surrounding employees using their own cars for business use, including service, MoT and VED details as well as driver licence details; improvements to the processing speed and the ability for fleets to upload and subsequently monitor vehicles and information that aren't supplied by Ogilvie.

Crucially, it's part of the company's package, so all of its clients can use it, whereas some organisations reserve their best software for bigger customers.

The competition in this category was particularly high, hence why there are two Highly Commendeds. Tusker's Driver Journey system has a multitude of features, including a live chat function linked to Tusker employees and links to road tests from a consumer publication.

Leasedrive's My Car salary sacrifice system has been heavily reworked for 2013 and now includes new elements such as an 'inbox' feature, which updates users about the progress of vehicle orders, servicing and MoTs that are due.
