A winner of this category for the second time in a row, Ogilvie's MiFleet Showroom 2 has added new features to its online reporting tool aimed at reducing fleet admin, with a 'two-way' function meaning fleets can amend information within the programme, rather than needing Ogilvie to attend to it.
A new tweak to the service or MoT reminder function allows fleet managers to determine the regularity of prompts as well as record them as part of duty of care compliance. The system offers grey fleet management as well as the vital information on a firm's car fleet direct to desktop or mobile device. It is offered free of charge to all the leasing company's customers, and uses a traffic light system to warn managers of issues, rather than requiring the running of reports.
Highly commended was Zenith's Online Blended Function tool that enables customers to find the most cost-effective funding method for their vehicle easily. Fleets can fund vehicles in a blend of different ways, and Zenith claims improved vehicle choice and large cost savings.
