Brit van brand LDV under offer

Van maker LDV could be looking at its third owner inside a year, with the British company's American owner Sun Capital confirmed it is in talks with Russia's second-largest automotive company Gaz Group.
The brief statement warned that there "can be no certainty that these discussions will lead to an agreement." Gaz is the world's seventh-largest LCV manufacturer.
Venture capital company Sun Capital Partners bought LDV out of administration at the end of last year.
