Drive 2006 launches this week

Europe's biggest diesel and alterative fuel show is taking place as you're reading this, and it's not too late to come along! Drive 2006 and partner event What Van? Live is being held at the National Motor Museum in Gaydon, Warwickshire today (Thursday). The show is the only place that fleet managers and bosses with business car responsibility can drive the latest green models back-to-back on public roads. It's entirely free, all you need to do is turn up at Gaydon, just off junction 12 of the M40, with both parts of your driving licence and off you go.

Manufacturers attending include Ford, Vauxhall, Peugeot, Citroen, VW, Hyundai, Perodua, Toyota and Lexus, and there are also a series of free seminars on subjects including the benefits of self-insuring, how telematics can keep your fleet safe, how best to use brokers and vehicle load safety. Suppliers such as Tom Tom, Digicore and Safed 4 Vans will also be exhibiting.
