Fleet software expert confirms birthday expansion

Date: 26 November 2006

Fleet software and risk management specialist Jaama is to take on six extra members of staff and move to a larger premises as it celebrates its second anniversary.

The firm currently employs 26 people but is looking to expand its project management, software development, customer support and training departments, additions that mean the company is hunting for larger premises near its West Midlands headquarters.

The new workers are on top of the seven people already added this year.

"Jaama was launched because existing technology providers were stuck in the software development slow lane," said Jaama managing director Jason Francis. "The level of interest has far exceeded our expectations and this has led to earlier than planned expansion."
