Leasedrive wins massive contract

Date: 22 December 2006

Leasedrive Group has signed one of its biggest ever deals in taking on the 1000-vehicle contract hire and fleet management account for consulting and outsourcing firm Capgemini.

The deal has the potential to be extended to 4500 vehicles, and Capgemini is also considering signing up to Leasedrive's CO2-offset programme Carbon:Manager.

"We have 4500 employees who are eligible for a company car as part of their flexible benefits package," said Capgemini HR director Ann Brown. "Currently, around 1000 take advantage of the scheme and we are looking to Leasedrive to reinvigorate the company car offer to encourage wider take-up."
