Pre-Budget to sound ECO death knell?

Although details of the Chancellor's plans are always a closely guarded secret, it is widely expected to include details of HM Revenue and Customs' review into Employee Car Ownership schemes.
The Government sees cash-for-car ECO schemes as a loophole for company car drivers to run higher-polluting cars without paying regular company car tax based on CO2 emissions.
However, fleet management and finance firms offering the schemes claim this is not the case.
