Audi takes lid off BMW X3 rival

Take away the drop-top and Audi's Cross Cabriolet concept car shows what the Q5 4x4 will look like when it arrives next year.
Pitched against BMW's X3, it's based on the A4 platform and will use bigger brother Q7 suspension technology. Powertrain options will include a 240PS 3.0-litre V6 diesel, which Audi claims anticipates Euro6 emission regulations and returns a claimed average 39mpg.
