The new C-max has emerged top among Ford models in a recent BCA Nottingham auction.
The model averaged nearly 112% of CAP Clean value to edge out '07-registered Mondeos, which averaged 110%.
However, a new Mondeo Ghia 1.8 TDCi hatchback was among the strongest sellers, achieving117% of Cap Clean and a 78.2% list price at £16,600.
