The first official Hummer dealer has opened in Manchester, ahead of the big American 4x4's UK launch in August.
The Hummer H3, which is actually smaller than the likes of Audi's Q7 and the Mercedes GL, will be sold in right-hand drive form, although only with a 3.7-litre petrol engine for the next 18 months, until the diesel is launched.
Two more dealers will be opened before August, one in London and another likely to be in Scotland.
