Laguna diesel range extended

Laguna

Renault has added its 2.0-litre dCi 175PS power unit to the Laguna hatchback and estate variants, with deliveries starting next March.

£750 dearer than its 150PS counterpart the 175PS engine will be applied to Dynamique, Dynamique S and Initiale trim levels with prices from £19,150 for the Dynamique hatchback to the Sport Tourer Initiale at £23,900.

Hatchback versions generate a 172g/km CO2 rating and a combined 43.4mpg figure with a 24% BIK threshold and 12E insurance grouping.

The Laguna's diesel range will be completed toward the end of next year with the flagship 365PS, V6, 3.0-litre Renault-Nissan Alliance engine.
