Leasedrive Velo chief operating officer Tony Johnston has left the business.
Johnston (second from the left) joined the company from Velo when Leasedrive and Velo merged at the start of this year.
His responsibilities have been taken over by chief financial offficer David Bird who was chief operating officer at Leasedrive before the merger.
Commercial director Roddy Graham has already taken on Johnston's key business relationships.
Chief executive Rodger Partridge said: "The status of integration between our two businesses is progressing very well and is currently ahead of plan. All Velo employees have now completed the move to our headquarters at Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) in Wokingham.
"Migration of Velo customers to our fleet management system will commence shortly with the aim to have all customers integrated before the end of the year."
