Lex reshuffles management

The UK's largest lease firm Lex has reshuffled its senior management ready for full integration with the Bank of Scotland Vehicle Finance.

Under the new structure Ian Thomson continues in his role as director, driver services with four new divisional roles reporting to him; Andrea Pendlebury - associate director customer operations, Paul Gibbons - associate director fleet admin, Dave Tanner - associate director maintenance, Paul Kerrigan - associate director operational delivery.

Andy Hartley remains as director of pricing, procurement and vehicle re-marketing and has three new divisional roles reporting to him and is currently recruiting an associate director re-marketing; Steve Jones - associate director pricing, Brian Farrell - associate director pricing risk, Mark Connor - associate director procurement.

Richard Harper continues as director of claims solutions with Colin Thomson joining the team as associate director claims solutions.

Commenting on the moves Lex managing director Jon Walden said: "Operational excellence is key to managing a fleet of hundreds of thousands of vehicles and we have appointed a very experienced team to manage all elements of our vehicle and driver experience. We have now got an associate director managing every key area of operations."
