Mitsubishi L200's runaway runway success

BAA has added an additional six L200s to its fleet of 39 Heathrow Airport aircraft escort and runway inspection Mitsubishi pick-ups.
The automatic 4x4s cover roughly 25,000 miles a year and Mitsubishi's presence in the airport fleet sector extends to every major commercial airport in the UK. A spokesman for Heathrow said high-mileage use put reliability at a premium and the L200s kept downtime to a minimum.
