New Renault Laguna; new prices, new warranty

Renault's new Laguna will go on sale next month priced from £15,990 and with a three year 100,000 mile warranty, 40,000 miles more than its main rivals.

Renault claims the new Laguna is on average £300 less expensive than the outgoing equivalent model.

The upper medium car will go on sale in four trim levels and with a range of five engines.

Although ordering the estate version is possible from mid-September and the hatch from mid-October, first deliveries are expected in January 2008.
