Qashqai's crash high

Nissan's Qashqai has scored a new high for the Euro NCAP crash tests, collecting almost maximum points in the adult occupant protection tests. The new lower medium hatchback also scored four stars out of five for child occupant protection and two from four for pedestrian protection.

The Kia Carens mini-MPV was also tested, scoring four stars out of five for adult occupant protection and three out of five for child protection, along with two from four in the pedestrian protection test.
