White van man training course goes commercial

Following the successful training of 7500 van drivers, the Government-backed SAFED (Safe and Fuel-Efficient Driving) scheme will go commercial in April.
The van course reduces fuel consumption by an average of 20% and has attracted discounted insurance rates from at least one insurer.
