2+2 gives Lotus fleet appeal

Date: 05 August 2008

Lotus used the British motor show to reveal a new 3.5-litre 2+2 coupe.

Called Evora, the car is Lotus's first new model since the Elise was revealed in 1995, and should cost around £45,000 when first deliveries take place next April.

Despite 280PS from its 3.5-litre V6 engine, CO2 figures should be reasonable thanks to the car's low weight.
