Dartford toll increases

The Highways Agency has confirmed a 50% rise in the car price for the Dartford toll crossing from £1 to £1.50.
Vans face a 20p increase to £2, although the crossing will be now free for all vehicles between 10pm and 6am. The new prices are active from 15 November.
Cars fitted with the Dart Tag system will be charged £1 per journey, up from the previous 93p.
