Major leasing outfit LeasePlan has been named as a One Star Company under the Best Companies scheme.
Run by the people behind the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For list, 600 firms applied for the accreditation scheme this year.
LeasePlan was one of 142 organisations to be chosen, and the first vehicle management company to receive the award.
Based on employee feedback and benchmarking, other names in the list include financial management company Merrill Lynch, industrial estate agents Jones Lang LaSalle and lawyer firm Linklaters.
"We're dedicated to setting new benchmarks for service and employee engagement within the car leasing industry," said David Brennan, managing director of LeasePlan UK.
"This is fantastic news not just for LeasePlan, but for the sector as a whole."
