Pricing announced for Hyundai estate

Date: 27 February 2008

Hyundai has announced the pricing for the latest addition to the i30 range - the estate version.

Priced from £12,995, the base model works out at £700 more than the equivalent hatchback in the i30 range.

On sale from 2 April, Hyundai has taken the i30 hatchback platform and stretched it by 50mm to increase rear legroom and boot capacity.

Only two engines will be available in the i30 estate - a 1.6 petrol and a 1.6 diesel - with the petrol also being offered with the option of automatic transmission.

Standard equipment is generous on the base model as aircon, 15-inch alloy wheels and ASB/iPod and aux connections all come included.
