RoSPA to hold free road safety seminars

Date: 28 May 2008

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents is hosting four road safety seminars in association with the Scottish Centre for Healthy Working Lives.

The events will be free to organisations based in Scotland and will be held in June in four Scottish cities.

Focussing on driver training and motivation, the events will feature Willie Wills, RoSPA's road safety manager for Scotland, as a speaker.

"As well as the obvious moral and legal prompts for wanting to keep employees and others safe on the road, Scottish companies and organisations that develop a proactive approach to road risk can also reap significant business benefits, including reduced insurance, fuel and repair costs and less staff time lost," said Wills.

All delegates will receive a free copy of the RoSPA Managing Occupations Road Risk Guide.

More information on the four events can be found on the RoSPA website.
