Skoda reveals new Superb

Date: 09 January 2008

Skoda has released the first official images of its new Superb.

The new model features smoother front lines than its predecessor, as seen on the updated Fabia.

Full details on the engines available will be released closer to the UK launch date. However, Skoda has said that there will be three petrol and three diesel versions ranging in size from 106PS to 264PS. There is also likely to be an estate version, unlike the first generation Superb that was saloon only.

Technology includes adaptive cornering headlights, parking assist and nine airbags.

More details will be revealed when the Superb makes its full debut at the Geneva motor show in March
