Skoda Superb Greenline revealed

Date: 10 October 2008

Skoda has released pictures and details of the new-generation Superb Greenline - the eco-version of the upper medium contender.

The Superb Greenline goes on sale priced at £16,710 and is powered by a 105PS 1.9-litre TDI engine linked to a five-speed manual gearbox.

The car, with a double-hinged boot that turns it into a hatch/saloon, has an official fuel figure of 55.4mpg and a CO2 output of 136g/km.

The Superb Greenline is a separate trim level and sits between the entry-level S and the mid-range SE. Equipment above the S model includes cruise control, lowered suspension, small rear boot spoiler and tyre repair kit.

The green-flower side stickers are optional.
