Alphabet has won the right to supply Skandia with a 200-strong user chooser fleet.
Skandia UK, a Southampton-based investment company, has chosen to switch its fleet policy from outright purchase to contract purchase. It will continue to run a multi-brand fleet.
The decision was based on the cost implications of the new corporation tax rules.
Mark Sinclair, Alphabet's director, said: "We expect to see more businesses following Skandia's lead and realigning their car fleet strategy in the light of the fundamental changes brought about by tax reform and other recent developments."
