Ford facelifts Ranger pick-up

Date: 11 March 2009

Ford has facelifted its Ranger pick-up, adding a new three-bar grille, larger wrap-around headlamps and clear tail lamps, as well as five new colours, making it ten in total.

The pick-up will again be available in three cab sizes of regular, super and double cab, and with 2.5- or 3.0-litre diesel engines and two- or four-wheel drive.

Deliveries kick-off late this year and there's no word yet on pricing or spec changes.

"The new model delivers even more style, comfort and features, making it an ideal choice," said Henrik Nenzen, Ford of Europe's CV sales and marketing director.
