The Institute of Car Fleet Management has turned its annual conference into a training workshop to help mangers cope with the economic conditions.
The workshop is titled 'Rising to today's fleet challenges' and is intended to help managers get more value for their membership. The programme offers a choice of three workshops, focussing on delivering value from the fleet, delivering the skills for success and ensuring all risks are managed.
Attendance is free for members, who can each bring one guest along. Attendees are requested to specify which course they wish to do by replying to the ICFM website (www.icfm.com).
