Inchcape Fleet Solutions has launched a new online ordering and comparison system for company car drivers.
The system called Equote, which is tailored to an individual fleet's needs, allows side-by-side price and technical comparisons of up to three cars, shows the costs changes of trading up or down, tax calculations and has a helpdesk for requesting demonstrator vehicles.
A spokesman for Inchcape said the system represented a large six-figure investment and is an industry leading system.
Inchcape Fleet Solutions' managing director Terry Bartlett said: "Technology development moves at a rapid pace.
"Equotes has been in development for six months and we have used a number of third party experts to ensure that the system delivers company car drivers with all the information they require to select and order new vehicles in a cutting-edge format."
